Policy on Returns and Refunds


Please contact us at with your order if you have a question or concern about the condition your product was received in.  We make every effort to ensure it arrives safely and have insured it during transit; however, weather, or unforeseen circumstances can cause our natural products to melt, freeze or break.  If this occurs, it would be helpful to receive a picture so we can make a claim and will get replacement product shipped as soon as we can.

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your product.  Please let us know at with your order date and name and we can discuss options for return, replacement, or discount.

Please do not send your purchase back without authorization via email.

There are certain situations where use products only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned within 30 days of delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless another agreement has been made via email. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
